Dr. Johnson is board certified in family medicine and has been in private practice for over 12 years. He attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree, completed medical school at the University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Johnson completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Utah.

He loves all aspects of family medicine, but his passions are with wellness, prevention, and encouraging his patients to be more proactive in their own health. This includes weight management, nutrition and regular exercise. Dr. Johnson currently consults for a local health and nutritional company.

Fluent in Spanish, he travels each spring to Peru with a group of medical students on a medical humanitarian trip. These trips give Dr. Johnson the opportunity to teach students in the field and treat natives of the country.

Dr. Johnson is married and has four children and one grandson. When he's not at the office you will find him spending time with his family, exercising, fishing, golfing and attending his children's events.

Dr. Porter is a board certified Family Physician whose current practice areas include family medicine, preventive/age management medicine, and aesthetics. Dr. Porter graduated from Brigham Young University in 1984 after serving an LDS mission to Argentina, and continued his education at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating first in his class in 1988. He completed his internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas and his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

He loves to teach students and currently serves as the Regional Dean for the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. In overseeing medical students, he is able to play an integral part in the development of future physicians, particularly in the primary care setting.

He has expanded his expertise with extensive training and years of experience in anti-aging medicine (including expertise in bio-identical hormones and nutritional approaches to medicine and cosmetic and aesthetic medical procedures.

Dr. Porter is the father of five children and one grandson. He enjoys spending a lot of time with his family. Other interests include Nordic telemark skiing, boating and fitness. He lives a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Wylie grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada until 1970 when he moved to Houston, Texas with his family. After receiving his Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University, he received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston in 1989. During his training at the Univ. of Texas Medical School, Dr. Wylie became a strong advocate of the belief that the right combination of education and quality care can prevent the majority of health-related issues. He subsequently completed his residency at the Memorial Health Care Systems in Houston, Texas in 1992.

Dr. Wylie started his private practice in 1992, when he moved to Utah after being recruited by Mountain View Hospital. He founded the Art City Medical Center in Springville, Utah and has successfully grown the practice to a 15-physician partnership affiliated with clinics in Spanish Fork, Payson and Santaquin.

Actively teaching medical students and residents, Dr. Wylie holds a teaching position with the Univ. of Utah Medical School. He is Board Certified American Academy of Family Practice, and received the People's Choice Award for Physician of the Year in Utah County. He is a member of the Utah Academy of Family Practice and the Utah Medical Association.

Regular rate: $125 per month or $1,500 per year per person
10% discount for first family member, 15% discount for each additional family member
Additional discounts may apply
